A little word told me…

…that you are feeling uncertain about what 2022 has in store

…that you would like to find the confidence to go out more again

…that you would like to feel more calm as you start this new year. 

Have you felt that your confidence has taken a knock after the events of last couple of years? Do you feel anxious doing things that you used to do all the time?

Writing is a safe space to explore how you are feeling and it allows you to use parts of your brain that you don’t usually access in every day life, helping you to discover things you didn’t realise you knew.

Challenging times can be made easier when we write. We can even discover ways to create the life we dream of through journaling and writing down our thoughts. When we feel confident we hold our head high, we stretch our comfort zone and achieve things we never dreamed were possible. We are more attractive and we attract more amazing opportunities into our lives, whether it is a new job, a new partner or the courage to follow our dreams, whatever they may be.

Join me for 5 days of writing, self discovery and healing to help you feel more confident and discover what will be really important to you in 2022. These five daily emails will, if you follow the advice and activities sent, change your life and help you walk confidently into 2022 secure in the knowledge that you are heading in the right direction.

We will start the week with a live online session on Monday 24th January where we will set our intentions for the week and dispell any myths. You will then receive emails each day with prompts and advice and we will close the week with another live session on Friday 28th January where we will be doing a meditation to close the week and sharing our experiences. 

Don’t worry if you are unable to make the live sessions, there will be recordings available and I will be answering questions that people send via email beforehand. I will also be available all week, and for the whole of February, in our private Facebook group where you can ask for advice, share your findings from the week and gain inspiration and support from each other. 

 We all need some extra support at the moment and words have always helped me heal. I would love to teach you how you can use words to support your wellbeing, to work through any current issues and discover what it is that you really want to achieve in 2022 and maybe even for the rest of your life.

Anyone who loves writing and being creative, particularly if you have been feeling anxious or a little lost recently and you need some gentle, nurturing guidance to help you start the year in the right way.

About your tutor

Kate Beddow has spent the last 12 years supporting the wellbeing of women and children through her work as a therapist and teacher. She has used writing all her life to support her own wellbeing and uses journal therapy tools to help you work through any issues you may have. Kate is a contributing author in Women of Spirit, and she is currently writing her memoir which will be finished and released into the world in 2022. Kate lives in Stafford, UK, with her husband, Ian, and their two children.
