Mindfulness is the art of being present.

It is sitting in the garden listening to the birds or feeling the water flowing over your body in the shower. 

It is walking the dog without checking you phone.

It is getting out in the garden and planting seeds.


Almost anything can be done mindfully.

For some people mindfulness comes very naturally, others need someone to guide them.

During our sessions I will show you how you can make simple, manageable changes to your life which will help you feel more calm, organised and in control of your thoughts.
